The graduate of the Neonatal Nursing Specialty will be a highly competitive professional leader capable of assessing the needs, problems and health situations of neonates, implementing nursing care processes that meet the individual needs of the child through a proactive, resolute and humane attitude, which will allow the newborn to have a better quality of life.
Likewise, he/she will have a proactive vision in the field of the profession that will contribute to the development of the line of generation and application of knowledge through the dissemination of the work of his/her terminal project, with articles in indexed journals, also participating in conferences and academic events related to the neonatal area.
This program is designed for the development of competencies, which indicates the integration of contents of knowledge, know-how in life and for life, know how to be and live together, to achieve satisfactory professional performance integrating significant learning.
