Currently professor-researcher at the Institute of Health Sciences of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo (UAEH). He develops research related to childhood overweight and obesity, has several publications of book chapters, scientific articles, has made national and international research stays and awards for his research. She is also a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI) and Sigma Theta Tau International, Tau Alpha Chapter.
