Purchasing process

1. Make your FUL Voucher request for the purchase of your books by entering your full name, employee number and the titles you wish to purchase from the participating publishers.


2. Send your request to pedidoscaracter@uaeh.edu.mx


3. The total amount of your FUL Voucher application will be validated by the UAEH Personnel Administration Office.


4. Once your FULValeFUL Voucher has been approved, you will be able to pick up your book order at Librería Carácter within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of purchase, with no shipping costs.
