Bachelor of Science in Nursing

If you are interested in studying the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, you should have general knowledge in biology, chemistry, physiology, anatomy, physics and mathematics. In addition, you must have the ability to work in a team, search for information and have good oral and written communication skills. It is essential to have empathy, critical knowledge and autonomy for work, because in this career it is necessary to have a vocation of service and dignified treatment of people, with an honest, truthful and responsible attitude.

Upon graduation from the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo:

• You will care for the integral health of individuals and families. You will apply the theoretical, scientific and methodological knowledge of your career with ethics and humanism. 
• Manage nursing care in different fields of work. You will use the administrative tools you learned to adequately distribute resources and provide quality care to the individual, family and community.
• You will have the skills to educate the population about health and train other professionals in your field. You will use your knowledge and strategies to implement educational projects that help maintain and improve the level of health and wellness.
• You will plan and disseminate research projects based on up-to-date theory, methodology and instruments, thus contributing to the progress of your profession and the quality of care you provide to the general population.
