Requirements Academics

Bachelor's Degree Licenciatura en Administración, Administración de Empresas, Negocios o áreas afines.
Academic Degree Maestría en Administración, Administración de Empresas, Gestión, Negocios o áreas afines.
Preferentemente Doctorado en Administración, en Negocios, en Estrategia o áreas afines
Teaching Experience Evidence of 2 years of teaching in front of a group at the undergraduate level, with a document issued by the Personnel Department or its equivalent of the issuing institution.
Research Experience 1. Contar con experiencia en investigación en el área de administración de las organizaciones o competitividad.

2. Evidenciar al menos 1 publicación científica por año, en los últimos 3 años (2024, 2023 y 2022), tal y como lo establece la convocatoria. Son productos de buena calidad:
  • Refereed articles.
  • Indexed articles.
  • Book chapters.
  • Books.
  • Technical Reports.
3. Participation as speaker or lecturer in national and international academic events in the last 3 years.

4. Have experience in the development of a research project with or without funding in the last 3 years.
Professional Experience Haber colaborado un mínimo de 2 años en organizaciones públicas o privadas a nivel estratégico, o en áreas orientadas al desarrollo organizacional, estrategia, capital humano, innovación, sostenibilidad, diagnóstico y transformación empresarial, optimización de procesos o áreas funcionales de la organización y/o consultor externo.
Languages Proof of oral and written communication skills in a language other than Spanish (English level B1 according to the Common European Framework).

Tutoring and Counseling Provide individual and group guidance to students in academic and professional issues, as well as in personal situations that jeopardize the students' academic performance.
Provide academic advising and disciplinary advising as an accompaniment in the development of the integrative project.
Management and Collegiate Bodies As a full-time professor, you will develop individual and collegial management activities; among them:
-Participation in academies
-Updating subject programs and study plans.
Follow-up of national and international accreditation processes of the educational program.
-Organization of academic events
Link As a full-time professor, you will develop liaison activities, such as:

-Teaching of homologation courses, disciplinary courses, and continuing education courses.
