Mr. Adrián Pereda López was born on September 8, 1933, in Santa Catarina, Hidalgo. His childhood was spent in the town of Metztitlán and the ranch Las Higueras, as his father was its administrator.
At the age of 6, he moved to Pachuca, the capital of the state, to begin his primary school studies, which he completed at the Melchor Ocampo School, under the tutelage of Professor José Cipriano Sagaon, who was also his tutor.
He attended secondary and high school at the Instituto Científico y Literario Autónomo de Hidalgo, predecessor of the current Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo. There he received education and formation with the values of love, order and progress.
During his time at the Instituto Científico y Literario Autónomo de Hidalgo, Adrián Pereda López received the Rotary Medal, which is awarded to the first place in each year of study.
Graduated from the High School of Huejutla.
