In this sense, the "Licenciado Juan Manuel Menes Llaguno" scholarship is aimed exclusively at undergraduate students of the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities (ICSHu), starting in the third semester.

The "Support for Students in Vulnerable Conditions" program is open to students who face adverse economic conditions and are enrolled in undergraduate programs at the following high schools: Actopan (ESAc), Apan (ESAp), Atotonilco de Tula (ESAT), Ciudad Sahagún (ESCS), Huejutla (ESH), Tepeji del Río (ESTe), Tizayuca (ESTi), Tlahuelilpan (ESTl) and Zimapán (ESZi).

Undergraduate students from the second semester onwards who are not doing social service or professional internships, as well as from high schools number 5, 6, 7 and 8, and graduate programs from the first semester onwards, may participate.

In order to strengthen professional skills, the "Development of Competencies" strategy offers undergraduate students, starting in the second semester, the opportunity to collaborate in the physical inventory of movable property in different university areas.
