Consolidate the permanent practice of reading in the university community and promote reading in the state of Hidalgo.
Visiòn
The Direction of Reading Promotion is recognized by the university community, in the State of Hidalgo and in Mexico as an instance of encouragement and promotion of the habit of reading, as a result of the constant and permanent participation of the university men and women, permeating society.
