Abstract
The Circular Economy presents a new logic for producing and consuming through the optimization of resources, technological innovation and the development of new business models. It is a model for moving towards a productive transformation that invites industries, the public sector, academia and civil society to adopt different actions. Such is the case of the textile and apparel industry, where every season a large number of garments are replaced and go to waste without being used. We propose a paradigm shift opposite to the linear economy, based on a circular economy in which important cultural changes can be achieved in society and lead to zero waste, where everything we produce and consume can safely return to nature or society, for this purpose, we propose a model for application in the textile industry, for the detection of counting, management, reduction and disposal of waste.
Model that identifies process maturity. Case: small manufacturing company
