Abstract
Currently the automotive sector in the region of Ciudad Sahagún, Hidalgo, is in need of the development of continuous improvement practices, it has been detected that they only use some methodologies in a basic and isolated way as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, in addition to the fact that to execute them they do it with isolated multidisciplinary teams, and in several occasions actions are duplicated. Therefore, this research proposes a methodology that integrates lean manufacturing with the Coretools, resulting in a schematized and communicated productivity system, focused on the requirements of the automotive industry customers and with a perspective of continuous improvement. It is a model integrated by 5 phases of deployment and 5 levels of maturity, which aims to maintain a constant development and growth, which are represented as follows: N1 Understands, N2, Uses, N3 Determination of guidelines, N4 Affecting performance and N5.
