Abstract

A company's documentation represents its intellectual capital; it embodies the "know-how" that has been acquired through experience and the passage of time. If this knowledge is not properly preserved, it could be lost and cause rework and deficiencies in operations. The objective of this work is to share the result of an intervention project in a company to achieve the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015, developing one by one the clauses and requirements requested to achieve certification.
