Abstract
This article presents the case of the use of non-Newtonian fluid for the design of new products, considering the process, experimentation and demonstration of application with the aim of creating support accessories in martial arts, for physical conditioning and training. The non-Newtonian fluid is deformable according to the force applied to it and is capable of absorbing impacts. In combination with other materials, it is projected to create an innovative and ergonomic design of great durability and low cost, it is with the application of the TRIZ methodology and its different innovation tools that accurate and acceptable results can be obtained in the design of the items.
