Abstract
This study proposes the creation of biointensive crops and home gardens to minimize stress in people, which the World Health Organization considers one of the main factors that cause disease and affect daily life. The use of creativity assisted by TRIZ methodology, the psychology of color and the proposed cultivation methods, achieve a synergy that includes environmental, social, technological, economic and psychological development that improves the quality of life. Biointensive crops are a method of small-scale sustainable agriculture focused on self-consumption, carried out in a small space, through creative and innovative ideas it is possible to use few resources in any environment and generate a comforting space.
