Sexual practices and behaviors in the municipality of Pachuca, Hidalgo, 2015.

This research sought to understand and elucidate sexual behaviors, as well as gender perceptions, feelings of sexual identification, preferences and sexual practices. The study population consisted of residents of the municipality of Pachuca, Hgo. who were over 18 years of age and also residents of the locality or neighborhood where the Basic Geographic Area (AGEB) was sampled. The survey was conducted from May 9 to 18 of this year, collecting a total of 1130 useful questionnaires. The survey has a confidence level of 95%, with an estimation error of 5%, and is representative for the entire municipality of Pachuca Hgo, differentiating between men and women. Estimates and results are based on the use of expansion factors, calculated as the inverse of the probability of selection of each individual in the sample and correction for non-response in each selected section of the sample.
