Community organization. Challenges and perspectives for the generation of public policies.

In every society, communities have been established and built from a diversity of purposes focused on attending mainly problems and needs according to their social relations, thus, new forms of participation are established to generate changes according to the capacity of the subjects, the communities in this sense, imply a constant understanding of the social dynamics.
