Comparison of strategic models applicable to the textile sector in the state of Tlaxcala.

The objective of this work is to compare five strategic models applicable to the textile industry in the state of Tlaxcala, with the purpose of obtaining the model that offers the greatest competitive advantages to the textile industry, since the arrival of cheaper textile products in Mexico and the state has caused small, medium and large companies in the industry to close and this has led to higher unemployment in the region.The results obtained in this work are the complete description of five strategic models feasible to apply in the sector, as well as the description of each variable of the methods directed to the textile sector in the state, also the comparison of the methods obtaining a conclusion of the advantages that would be obtained by applying them and which one has a greater advantage.
