Abstract
This paper presents the detection of training needs (DNC), to identify areas of inefficiency in organizations and to correct them in a timely manner to optimize the expected results. In this exercise we have the case study of CANACO Huejutla. The purpose of a DNC should be to make an organization more productive from the detection of their needs in terms of human capital formation, since it will guide to structure plans and programs to meet the needs of the company in a clear and precise way, with the sole purpose of leading it to the achievement of its objectives, whether short, medium or long term.
