Abstract
This research considers the approach and advances made in the design of a product innovation model, whose central axis uses the systematization techniques of creativity from the TRIZ Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, as an alternative guide to assist in the creation of original and competitive articles, with the purpose of providing an instrument to strengthen the strategic flexibility and innovative capacity of emerging companies in Mexico.
