Elections in Hidalgo: the expectation of change

The so-called Law to decriminalize abortion was not simply a disagreement between two political tendencies about the convenience or not of a reform to the Penal Code; the informative notoriety achieved by this process is due to the fact that the voluntary interruption of pregnancy is part of the broader discussion of the limits to constitutional rights and freedoms.
