Abstract

Innovation and competitiveness are closely related, since they represent the opportunity to produce articles, improve processes or develop services that allow a company to enter, obtain a segment, consolidate or remain in a market. Technological innovation is becoming more relevant every day. However, it is difficult to determine how innovative a company is and to compare it with other companies. It is proposed to determine the potential (installed capacity) of technological innovation that an organization has. This potential related to innovation is determined through various multi-criteria methods for decision support (mcda). Boly's model was used as a basis, which establishes that technological innovation in organizations is determined by 13 factors, which he called "The thirteen practices of piloting technological innovation in companies".
