LOGO LOGO


The logo is the core of the visual identity of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo and must be used in all communications and promotional materials.

The logo is the most important graphic in our communications. Its constant and correct use helps us to strengthen the name and reputation of our university. Our logo must not be manipulated in any way. Outsiders, companies and organizations may not use the logos without authorization.


UAEH ACRONYMS

Formed by the intertwined union of the letters U, A, E and H, it became the official logo of our university in 2014. It can include the legend "Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo" as long as it does not compromise its legibility. Minimum size: 2 cm or 85 px base.

IDENTIFIER

They support and organize the university's many academic and administrative entities along with departments and divisions under a single institutional framework. They provide a clear emphasis on areas while demonstrating their connection to the university, which helps unify our large and complex community. Vertical and horizontal versions are acceptable.

All requests for identifier creation must be sent to the Image and Marketing Department, they cannot be created by another department.

High schools, colleges and institutes will have an additional identifier for their communication that should be used in conjunction with the acronym UAEH.

SUB BRANDS

This broad group includes special projects, ongoing programs, festivals, fairs, etc. All requests for the creation of sub-brand logos must be sent to the Image and Marketing Department for evaluation and, if approved, design. These logos cannot be created by any other department.

SPORTS BRAND

Sport in our university represents a fundamental pillar. The sports brand can be present in all types of university events where it is required. The elements (heron and typography) can be used separately according to what the application requires. The high schools have a personalized brand.

CONSIDERA QUE

The correct use of our logos is mandatory in all applications. For more detailed guidelines, please refer to our Institutional Image Manual in the Download Resources section.


GENERAL INDICATIONS

  • Do not deform or stretch the logo, keep the proportion of the graphics.

  • Do not place text or design elements too close to the logo and leave a protective area around it.

  • Do not use colors other than those described here.

  • Do not make your own identifier, to obtain it you only have to request it from your unit's liaison or you can contact us.

PERMITS AND LICENSES

The resources found here are intended for use by academic and administrative staff, students may use the UAEH acronym for presentations and research posters. External persons, companies or organizations must obtain a license for the use of our brand and logos from the Legal Department.
