State finalist in Televisa and Monte de Piedad's POSSIBLE 2020 contest.

Student of Cold Technology Engineering, he is the author of 5 popular science articles and has participated as a speaker at various international conferences, including his participation in the National University of Colombia, Medellin. He was a finalist and fellow by The Washington Center for internship and academic seminars in 2019. He is a member of an internal multidisciplinary research team called GEA research group.

She has developed in different activities within the University such as the Language and culture Fest 2018 in which she won third place for her presentation in English of project in favor of the environment. He was a state finalist in the POSSIBLE 2020 contest of Televisa and Monte de Piedad with the project "Refrigeration with solar energy insulated with maguey cellulose." y "Rescue of the fungus Pleurotus Opuntiae, use of its lignocellulite properties and potential in other biotechnological applications.". He has collaborated in research projects related to the application of cryogenic technology in food, drug development and design of air filtration systems for hospitals.
