Evelyn Hernández is Director of Team Boosters and Talent Consultant.
She studied a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management at Tec de Monterrey. In 2017 she was selected nationally and awarded a scholarship to be certified in Osaka Japan as a Management Development Instructor, learning the most advanced practices in personnel management, adopted by the Japanese industry and transferable to other organizations and countries.
One of Evelyn's great passions is to foster win-win relationships to increase productivity and enhance people's development. To this end, she actively collaborates with business chambers, secondary and higher education institutions, as well as public and private organizations where she presents the current labor context and available opportunities, guiding young people on what actions they can take today.
