
The labor market is in continuous evolution, after the COVID -19 pandemic, and the accelerated growth of digitalization, in addition to the trends of new forms of work, being able to visualize the jobs of the future leads us to review that the profiles that are currently being demanded, a few years ago, were not even imagined, On the other hand, as a population, we have changed our way of seeing life, accepting diversity and fighting for inclusion in jobs, is a new trend in the future, which is why as a University, we prepare the best we have, which are our students and graduates to face the new challenges in the labor context.
The 2nd Virtual Employability Forum will be held on November 16, 17 and 18, with the fundamental objective of understanding the jobs of the future through a meeting between companies, students and graduates to learn about the possibilities and challenges we will face.
In the forum we will have a series of conferences which highlights Automation in the world of work, The use of Big Data today, Digital workplaces, as well as workshops that will help strengthen the soft skills of our participants.
On the other hand, there will be job opportunities for attendees to approach the world of work.
