Overall objective
The general objective of La Garza University Cultural Center is to be a national and international reference in the arts, capable of providing education and high quality shows to the inhabitants of the State of Hidalgo and the country. By bringing the arts closer to society, the Center seeks to strengthen the social fabric, fostering healthy recreational activities, promoting a culture of peace and developing the creativity, sensitivity and conscience of the inhabitants of the state through the arts.

Mission
To generate, contribute and promote artistic activities and education for the society of Hidalgo; to produce highly competitive artistic research and innovation for the benefit of society, contributing to the approach and solution of social problems through inter, multi and transdiscipline; to create, preserve and socialize the arts through the link between artists, infrastructure and public and private institutions; as well as to promote and articulate critical thinking that supports a culture of peace and wellbeing.
Vision
Thanks to its high quality, both in its educational offerings and in the activities it offers, La Garza University Cultural Center will be a local and national reference in the development, promotion, dissemination and transmission of the arts, as well as a fundamental agent in the artistic life of the State of Hidalgo and the country.

Target Audience
La Garza University Cultural Center is aimed at the following public: general public, people interested in the arts, artists in training, professional artists, aspiring artists, researchers in the arts, cultural agents, in four different focuses: internal public of the UAEH, local public in the State of Hidalgo, national public throughout Mexico and international public.
