What is it?
The University Employment Exchange facilitates the job search for UAEH graduates, offering a digital space in which a series of job vacancies are registered according to the educational offer of the UAEH, seeking in turn to generate a link between companies at regional, state and national level with the University to improve the labor supply offered to graduates of our maximum house of studies.

The University Employment Exchange offers vacancies for managerial and administrative profiles according to the educational offer of the UAEH, implementing a Registration Process for companies to use the services of the University Employment Exchange.

- Recruitment and Selection Process
The UAEH University Employment Exchange offers different service packages to companies according to their needs, saving search and interview time (filtering them for you), offering greater productivity in their human capital processes, generating the investigation of labor references of candidates along with the psychometric evaluation, implementing a situational evaluation method, when it is necessary to cover several positions of similar characteristics, generating a set of tests for the evaluation of the competencies of the candidates that can be found in the company.
