KOSPIE Scholarship Program

What is it? Thanks to the signing of a specific collaboration agreement with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the UAEH can nominate students to be accepted in the special "KOSPIE" Program, whose main objective is to support students so that they can carry out academic mobility in Higher Education Institutions in Germany with a maintenance scholarship.

This program consists of a 13-month stay (theory and practice):
Students accepted into the program will be able to participate in the following activities:

• Intensive German course at a language institution in Germany (3 months).
• Attendance of 3 to 6 subjects, in German and/or English, during one semester at a German university in the respective fields.
• Internship in Germany (4 months).

Who is it for?
Undergraduate students related to Engineering and Natural Sciences.

General requirements::

• Be a regular student.
• Study in a face-to-face manner.
• Minimum overall average of 8.5.
• German A2 certificate.
• Certificate of English B2.
• Have completed 60% of the credits of the study program at the time of applying for the program.
• To have a valid passport.

Process:

• Delivery of documentation (August 2023).
• Pre-selection results (September 2023).
• Candidate interviews (October 2023).
• Final selection (November 2023).
• Registration on the DAAD portal (December 2023).
• Confirmation of selection (January-April 2024).
• Student visa appointment (May 2024).
• Participation (July 2024 - July 2025).
