Virtual Mobility Teachers

What is virtual mobility? Virtual mobility is the possibility of carrying out a stay at a local, national or international level in another higher education institution, through the methodology of online education, using information technologies to facilitate academic exchange and collaboration.

Who is it aimed at? Aimed at all those students who for various reasons do not have access to a conventional mobility program or wish to implement their professional training without resorting to face-to-face attendance. The Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, through the International Relations Mobility Coordination, invites its undergraduate, graduate and academic students who wish to take courses in the virtual modality, from any of the national or international higher education institutions in the period July-December 2023.

Requirements:

  • Be an active research professor at the UAEH.
  • Send the required forms and documentation in due time and form.
  • Secure internet connectivity and adequate equipment.
  • For all international stays, English language accreditation is required, depending on the application: a. Institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean: 450 TOEFL ITP points. b. Institutions in North America, Asia and Europe: 550 TOEFL ITP points or the required TOEFL ITP indicated by the IES.


Process:

A review of the platforms or catalog of course offerings available from the participating HEIs will be requested, with prior review and consideration of the following:

  • Number of participants by educational program and institute
  • School calendar of the Receiving Universities.
  • Subject availability
  • Overall average
  • Proof of language proficiency as required by the IES.
    Once the file is complete, it must be submitted to the person in charge of mobility so that it can be officially sent to the following e-mail address: movilidad_virtual@uaeh.edu.mxz.
    They will be notified by means of an acceptance letter that they are welcome.
