International Research Stay

What is it? Participate and give continuity to research projects in another national or international institution.

Who is it intended for? Undergraduate and graduate students who meet the following general requirements:

  • Be a regular student.
  • Have an overall grade point average of 8.0 (minimum).
  • Be enrolled in an educational program of the UAEH.
  • Meet the required percentage of credits at the time of participation:
    • Medical Surgeon: 49.5% of credits completed at the time of participation in the call for applications.
    • Other Bachelor's Degrees: From the second semester of their educational program.
    • Graduate Students: From the second semester of their educational program.

Documents:

  1. Request the corresponding authorization signatures. (download document)
    Specifications:
    • The document must be signed in all its pages at the bottom and in the margin by the academic coordination and the student.
    • The % of credits can be consulted in the application form (online registration).
  2. Letter of invitation/acceptance. Issued by the Institution where the Research Stay will take place.
  3. Passport. Current
    • Specifications:
      That the expiration is not in the year in which the student makes his mobility. Personal data sheet and last page where the passport number appears. A legible color copy of both sheets enlarged to half letter on the same page.
  • Processes:
    1. Online registration through the mobility system

    2. Integration of the file in the mobility system (site where the online registration was made) and sending it.
      Specifications:
      • Scan each document and save it with the corresponding number and name according to the list of requirements in PDF format.
      • Weight less than 300kb. Once the complete file has been integrated into the Educational Mobility Program Registration System, you must click on the green checkmark icon to send it.
    3. Inform via e-mail(ia_informes@uaeh.edu.mx ) that you have completed this step so that the corresponding revision of your file can be made.
    4. Review of files. If any observation is detected, you will be notified via e-mail so that the corresponding documents can be updated and/or corrected in the system.
