Academic Stay

What is it? Stay in educational institutions or participation in congresses and/or academic events.

Who is it intended for? UAEH personnel who participate in academic activities in other institutions and/or academic events.

Duration: 7 calendar days or more



Requirements:

  • Letter of commitment.
  • Letter of Acceptance or Invitation from the Receiving Institution.
  • Letter of application issued by the Director's Office of the College or Institute, validating the request for leave of absence with or without pay.
  • Oficio requesting support for the management of the license process (signed by the teacher concerned)
  • Last valid appointment issued by the Personnel Administration Directorate.
  • CV with photograph, maximum two pages.
  • Copy of current University credential.
  • Schedule of activities.
  1. The professor submits his file in triplicate to the DRIIA, one month before the beginning of his mobility.
  2. The DRIIA makes the corresponding arrangements with the General Secretariat and the Directorate of Personnel Administration.
  3. The General Secretariat issues the corresponding resolution and sends it to the DRIIA.
  4. The DRIIA notifies the teacher concerned.
  5. At the end of the mobility, the professor presents a certificate of completion of the stay to the Personnel Administration Office with a copy to the DRIIA.
