The student takes one or more subjects in another institution, with the possibility of homologating them at the end of the mobility.

Who is the target audience?
Undergraduate and graduate students.

  • Be a regular student.
  • Have an overall grade point average of 8.0 (minimum).
  • Be enrolled in an educational program of the UAEH.
  • Comply with the required percentage of credits at the moment of participating in the call for applications:
    • Medical Surgeon: Progress of 49.5% of credits completed at the time of participating in the call for applications.
    • Other Bachelor's Degrees: From the second semester of their educational program.
    • Graduate Students: From the second semester of their educational program.

  • Internal mobility: From the second semester of their educational program.
    • Medical Surgeon starting in the fifth semester.

  2. Voter's credential
    Specifications:
    Current. One legible color copy with 200% magnification on both sides (on the same page).

  3. Academic History (Original)
    This document can be downloaded as soon as all grades are published in the School Administration System of the previous semester (applicant who is not taking Educational Innovation Activities).
    If you are taking any Educational Innovation activity, you must wait until the grades are published in the School Administration System and the certificate is delivered.

  4. Medical certificate. Issued by Servicio Médico Universitario (University Medical Service) (Original)

Process (national/international): 
  1. Registration and file integration.

    Register online here

  2. Validation of the academic load proposal by the PE academic coordination.
    If any observation is detected, the student will be notified through the mobility system.

  3. File review by outgoing mobility.
    In case of detecting any observations, the student will be notified through the mobility system, so that the corresponding documents can be updated and/or corrected in the system.

  • Remember to keep track of your process through the mobility system.
  • Remember to comply with the requirements in due time and form, since there is no possibility of extension for the integration of files. You are participating in a call for applications, so you are subject to selection and availability of spaces.
