The student takes one or more subjects in another institution, with the possibility of homologating them at the end of the mobility.
Who is the target audience?
Undergraduate and graduate students.
- Be a regular student.
- Have an overall grade point average of 8.0 (minimum).
- Be enrolled in an educational program of the UAEH.
- Comply with the required percentage of credits at the moment of participating in the call for applications:
- Medical Surgeon: Progress of 49.5% of credits completed at the time of participating in the call for applications.
- Other Bachelor's Degrees: From the second semester of their educational program.
- Graduate Students: From the second semester of their educational program.
- Internal mobility: From the second semester of their educational program.
- Medical Surgeon starting in the fifth semester.

This document can be downloaded as soon as all grades published in the School Administration System of the previous semester are available (applicant who is not taking Educational Innovation Activities).
If you are taking an Educational Innovation activity, you must wait for the grades to be published in the School Administration System and the certificate to be issued.
- Translation of the academic record into English (except Spanish-speaking destinations) (Original).
You may request it through the Language Center, located in Ciudad del conocimiento, duly stamped.

- TOEFL iTP Certification or TOEFL Diagnostic Score.
Specifications: The destination country you can choose will depend on your score, which is indicated in the table below. Color copy in case of having language certification; Original in case of submitting Diagnostic Certificates (third languages).

TOEFL iTP certification: UAEH Center for Continuing and Distance Education or any certified institution that offers this type of exams.
Certificate of TOEFL Diagnosis: UAEH Language Center.
- Passport valid for more than 1 year.

That the expiration date is not in the year in which the student makes his/her mobility. Personal data sheet. One legible color copy, half letter size enlargement.
IMPORTANT
For French, German, Italian, Portuguese and German-speaking IES, it is necessary to integrate a TOEFL ITP certification with the required level (if the educational program is taught in English). As for the required level of the second language, you can submit a proof of diagnosis of that language (subject to requirements in the destination IES).
For Spanish-speaking and Brazilian IES, a proof of diagnosis or a TOEFL ITP certification with the required level of English can be integrated.
For the rest of the IES the TOEFL ITP certification with the necessary level is required.
For IES in Canada the minimum score is 570 TOEFL ITP points.
For Jeju National, Sungkyunkwan and Hankuk minimum score of 550 TOEFL ITP points.

If any observation is detected, the student will be notified through the mobility system. - File review by outgoing mobility.
In case of detecting any observations, the student will be notified through the mobility system, so that the corresponding documents can be updated and/or corrected in the system.
Note: Each university has different times.

- Remember to keep track of your process through the mobility system.
- Remember to comply with the requirements in due time and form, since there is no possibility of extension for the integration of files. You are participating in a call for applications, so you are subject to selection and availability of spaces.
