FINI Poster Finalists

The International Image Festival organized by the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, is a multidisciplinary meeting that promotes, disseminates and appreciates artistic creation and visual communication, in a space for reflection and debate on the aesthetics, meanings and value of images in their various genres, expressions and applications.

The IX Edition of FINI had "Populism" as its thematic axis and Hungary as its guest country. The International Image Contest aims to recognize, promote, encourage and disseminate the works, in different genres, expressions and uses of the image, of student and professional creators, both Mexican and foreign.

This exhibition shows the work of the 23 finalists in the "Poster" genre of the IX edition; the world-renowned jury in charge of examining and selecting these works was made up of Mexican designer Cristina Paoli; Argentine designer and musician Dr. Alderete; and Cuban designer Antonio Pérez "Ñiko".
