The service is in charge of health professionals who provide psychological support and guidance in situations that affect the psycho-emotional or educational well-being, the area is also responsible for carrying out prevention activities to mental health, through offering lectures and workshops to the student community with topics such as: Self-esteem, stress and anxiety management among others, in face-to-face and virtual modalities.
The Tutoring area of the Escuela Superior de Tizayuca, is in charge of providing and supporting activities inherent to teaching, mainly focused on the student, through the process of guidance and accompaniment in the adaptation to the university environment and the development of individual skills to achieve an acceptable academic performance during their stay within the institution.

The Academic Computing Center provides students, academic staff and the community in general with services and the necessary computing tools to enable them to fulfill their academic performance. The Language Self-Learning Center of the Escuela Superior de Tizayuca is a space where students have the opportunity to practice and expand the knowledge acquired in English, French and/or German in a directed way and with a higher degree of commitment from the user through oral and/or written Production and Interaction Sessions. In addition, there are spaces for book consultation and computer equipment with internet connection for the practice of the different skills necessary for the reinforcement of a language.

High School Level (Bachillerato)
The High School educational program includes theoretical-practical subjects that require teaching-learning activities that take place in the Laboratory Area of the Tizayuca High School. From the second to the sixth semester, internships are developed in the areas of Biology, Physics and Chemistry, with the support of internship manuals prepared for this purpose. The School has Laboratories for the development of Biology, Physics and Chemistry practices, this area supports students to carry out their practices by providing them with the necessary materials.

For the Higher Level there are laboratories which support students in the development of their practices that are part of the curriculum, these spaces allow them to promote learning by putting into practice the knowledge acquired in the classroom. Among the subjects that students use these laboratories for their practical work are: PLC. Ladder diagram, digital electronics, electronic circuits, analog electronics, industrial instrumentation. And specifically in the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism for the subjects of: Management and operation of accommodation services, management and operation of restaurants and bars.

The Medical Service has several functions to carry out in the Tizayuca High School, the main one is to provide medical assistance at a first level of care to the entire student community and workers of the same; thanks to the agreement that the UAEH has with the IMSS, if necessary, we can refer students or workers who require specialized care to the nearest IMSS clinic. Likewise, thanks to this same agreement, during each semester different campaigns are organized to benefit the health of the ESTi community. Likewise, the Medical Service team (doctors, nurses and nutritionist) is in charge of giving talks on topics of interest to students.
The auditorium is a space used by the entire ESTi community for the development of institutional events for educational, social and cultural purposes.
Virtual Classroom is a space designated for institutional activities and videoconference transmission.
