Degree in Public Administration from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo. PhD in Political Science and Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. Postdoctoral stay in the Master's program in Public Policy at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana-Unidad Xochimilco with a project on Meta-evaluation. Developed a research project on the State Performance Evaluation System in the state of Hidalgo. Among the most outstanding publications is the book "Aspectos teóricos de la evaluación de políticas públicas", published by UAEH in 2018. She collaborated in the book "Institutionalización de procesos de evaluación. Calidad y utilización de sus resultados", coordinated by Dr. Myriam Cardozo, with chapters on Metaevaluación, published by UAM-CESOP in 2015. He collaborated with the chapter Evaluación de Políticas Públicas: Pluralidad y contexto político, in the book coordinated by Benito León, Roberto Mejía and Israel Cruz entitled "Las políticas públicas ante la pluralidad social", edited by Fontamara in 2014. His participation in congresses, conferences and workshops revolves around the evaluation of public policies, their analysis, promotion and sustainability within public administrations, as well as the analysis of the quality of the evaluations carried out.
