Research professor at the UAEH, he is a member of the National System of Researchers level 1, has more than 24 years of experience in the public, private and social sectors, specifically working in brokerage houses, banks, risk management consultancies, among others.

He was technical responsible for projects financed by the UAEH. He has more than 10 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate, master's and doctoral levels.

He has participated as project leader at national level, highlighting the evaluation of the Procampo Program, which was financed with IDB resources, has academic and professional experience in the fields of economics, finance, and is a speaker at national and international forums.
