He has been Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Public Administration at the Institute of Social Sciences of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo (2010-2012), where he is currently a full-time professor. In addition, he has taught at various universities, including the Institute of Public Administration of the State of Hidalgo, A.C.

His research interests lie in the study of modernizing practices of public administration and organizational intervention.
