Chemical Engineer with a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and Post-Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, United States, specializing in energy issues, with emphasis on the hydrocarbon subsector, and climate change, with a focus on sustainable development. Application of mathematical models and statistical tools for the analysis of technological development and innovation systems, with an environmental and energy focus. The main projects Hidalgo 2015 Award for Technological Development and Technical Manager of a project financed by the SENER-CONACYT-Hydrocarbons Fund, to meet the technical needs of PEMEX Industrial Transformation.

In the projects directed, 4 students of the Doctorate in Environmental Sciences and one student of Master in Chemical Engineering have graduated. I have a patent granted and another patent pending, in addition to 20 published articles and 3 completed books.
