Bachelor's Degree in Mexican History

If you are interested in studying a Bachelor's Degree in Mexican History you need to have some general knowledge about the historical discipline and notions about national and international historical events. It is important that you have critical thinking skills, text comprehension and good oral and written communication skills. Also an important factor is a vocation for research, teaching and dissemination of historical knowledge, and an empathy for history.

Upon graduating from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo with a degree in Mexican History:

• You will acquire solid knowledge about world history and especially Mexican history.
• You will develop theoretical and methodological skills to critically analyze historical processes, which will allow you to better understand the present.
• You will learn to disseminate and divulge historical knowledge, as well as contribute to the historical formation of society.
• You will learn the necessary tools to identify and manage the conservation of historical collections and cultural heritage.
• You will develop a social conscience that will lead you to perform professionally in response to the demands of society and contribute to its development at different levels.
