Degree of Dental Surgeon

If you are interested in studying the Bachelor's Degree in Dental Surgery, you must have a general knowledge of health sciences, biology, physics and chemistry. Efficient oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team. Interest in health sciences and dental research. It is important to have a vocation for service and a proactive attitude to solve problems with a focus on oral health. 

Upon graduation from the Bachelor's Degree of Dental Surgeon at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo:

• You will learn to integrate, interpret and determine the appropriate treatments for each clinical case.
• You will preserve people's oral health through preventive programs and measures. In this way you will demonstrate your service and social responsibility.
• You will deal with the most common oral diseases and disorders and know when to refer patients to specialists.
• You will practice dentistry with administrative processes, standards and ethics. You will also have an innovative and leadership attitude.
