Bachelor's Degree in Administration

If you are interested in studying the Bachelor's Degree in Administration, you should have general knowledge in chemistry, physics, mathematics and biology. In addition, it is important to have observational skills, creativity and work discipline. In addition to these skills, aptitudes and attitudes, it is important that you have a passion for natural sciences and the food industry, as well as the ability to analyze and synthesize information and solve problems. Initiative and critical thinking will also be very useful qualities during your training. 

Upon graduating from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo with a Bachelor's Degree in Administration:

• You will design innovative and cutting-edge strategies that allow organizations to develop their organizational capabilities and to take advantage of resources, technology and management models.
• You will have the essential knowledge to apply techniques of organization, maintenance, development and evaluation of human capital in organizations, to obtain the best performance in all processes.
• You will propose and integrate appropriate economic and financial solutions to meet the challenges of the competitive and changing environment of industries, developing a global vision to ensure the continuous improvement of processes and growth of companies or organizations.
• You will integrate the current legal framework, according to the context of the organizations, to your administrative work. You will be aware of the ethical and cultural aspects of the environment in which you develop your management, as well as the instruments of environmental evaluation and sustainable development to lead organizations with social responsibility.
