PhD and Master in Economics from the Graduate Studies Section of the Graduate School of Economics of the National Polytechnic Institute, Bachelor in Economics from the same institute; she completed a postdoctoral stay in the Graduate Section of Economics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, during the period 02/2016 to 01/2018.

Member of the National System of Researchers of CONACYT, Level 1, during 2021-2023, she has the Recognition to the Desirable Profile PRODEP for the period from July 21, 2015 to July 21, 2018. . She has participated in national and international conferences; she is the author of several academic publications on topics related to: monetary policy, foreign direct investment, economic growth, financial system and foreign trade. She is currently part of the World Trade and Competitiveness Research Group. She is a full time Professor-Researcher of the Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, from 2019 to date she is the Coordinator of the aforementioned educational program.
