Full-time research professor assigned to the academic area of Foreign Trade at the Instituto de Ciencias Económico Administrativas of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo. Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo at the Institute of Social Sciences. Master's degree in United States and North American Studies from the Universidad de las Américas - Puebla. He is a collaborator in the research group called World Trade and Competitiveness. He has 30 years of service in the UAEH. His research topic is economic and regional integration, he teaches the subjects Processes of Economic Integration and Social Service.
