Dr. Jesús Israel Monroy Muñoz has a Master of Science in Mathematics and its Didactics and a Bachelor's and Doctorate in Educational Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo. He has served as Coordinator of the High School Educational Program at the Escuela Superior de Ciudad Sahagún and is currently the General Director of Evaluation at the University of the State of Hidalgo.

In addition, he is a member of the NAB of the Master of Science in Mathematics and its Didactics, being synodal in degree exams and co-organizer of the Colloquium of Educational Mathematics for Teachers.
