He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Specialization in Microcomputation Applied to Administration from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo. He currently holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university. He is a professor with PROMEP profile and develops research in the LGAC Development of Computational Virtual Playful Environments and is the author of the Methodology for the Modeling of Virtual Reality Systems for Learning on Mobile Devices.
He has supervised more than 40 bachelor's theses and 6 master's theses. In recent years he has served as president of the Academy of Computing, Base Software and is currently president of the academy of Interfaces in the Bachelor of Computer Science. He has served as Extension Coordinator, Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems, Head of the Academic Area of Computing and Electronics and Administrative Assistant Director of the Institute of Basic Sciences and Engineering. He has been technical leader of several research projects including the 3D Virtual Museum el Rehilete developed for the Government of the State of Hidalgo, Virtual Environments for Training and Development of Cognitive Skills and Open Mathematica. Until March 2013 he served as a member of the University Council of the UAEH.
He is currently a Research Professor, Leader of the Research Group Advanced Graphics Technology for Educational Environments and postgraduate professor in the Master in Information Technologies for Education with the subject Virtual Reality Systems. And has the accreditation of the CCNA Certification courses 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Curriculum of the global company CISCO Networking Academy.
He has worked for 29 years as a professor in Computer Science, Computer Systems and Computer Science, teaching the subjects of Graphics, Operating Systems, Data Structures, Virtual Reality Systems and Computer Networks, in the latter, 27 uninterrupted years.
