She holds a master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Management and Finance from Universidad del Valle de México-Tampico, Tamaulipas. She is accredited as a consultant of the National System of SME Consultants of the Ministry of Economy with registration number SE-SNC-0856-12. She is also an Industrial Engineer with specialization in Projects and Management Systems, from the Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Tantoyuca, Veracruz.

She is a founding member of the Mexican Association of Women Entrepreneurs Chapter North Zone of the State of Mexico.

She is also a founding partner of Shiras Ingeniería S.A. de C.V.
