He is currently the Director of Development and Innovation.

He was responsible for the Business Incubator Center of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo from 2002 to December 2017.

He holds a PhD in Social Sciences from the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo, he participated in the development of the incubation model of the university and has been responsible for the transfer of this model to the different colleges of the university, likewise he worked in the creation of the University Business Incubator Network and in the establishment of the incubator network of the state of Hidalgo. All this in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy of the state of Hidalgo.

He is an advisor to incubated projects for their development and resource management in state and federal programs, as well as advisor for the development of business plans. He worked in the development of the efficient energy management program, which was implemented in different companies in the state through the chambers of commerce and transformation.

He participated in the entrepreneurial mission between the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo and the city of Pelotas in Brazil. He has been an advisor in the linkage program with St. Kitts and Nevis, and in the science park of Sartenejas Venezuela. He was also part of the consulting mission for the incubator network with the company IDOM consulting in Bilbao, Spain.

Previously, he worked as an engineer at MABE (stove factory) and SOFART (furniture factory), as well as at the Labor and Training Directorate of the Department of Economic Development.
