RESEARCH
He has experience in the Design, Synthesis and Characterization of Polymers which is reflected in:
The publication of 74 articles of which 67 are JCR with strict arbitration, 7 refereed articles with different indexation. Inventor in four patent registrations, one registered in Switzerland of PCT type in Argentina and Mexico, three National in Process, one patent title in 2019. More than 100 participations in national and/or international congresses. She has been responsible for 4 projects with external funding (2 PRODEP and 2 CONACyT) and as a collaborator has participated in 8 projects with external funding.

The lines of research that she is currently developing are:

• Design and synthesis of monomers for use as biomaterials in dentistry.
• Synthesis and characterization of polyelectrolytes with application in wastewater remediation.
• Synthesis and characterization of polyelectrolytes for nanotechnology applications.

• He has 20 years of teaching experience, having taught more than 70 courses at the undergraduate, masters and doctoral levels in materials science.
• Within human resources training, he has supervised 19 bachelor's, 8 master's and 8 doctoral theses and is currently supervising 3 bachelor's, 1 master's and 3 doctoral theses.

MANAGEMENT

• He is leader of the ICBI Polymeric Materials Academic Body from 2016 to date.
• He participated in the creation of the Ph.D. and M.S. in Materials Science in 2001 (both belong to the PNPC),
• Coordinator of the Materials Science Engineering-UAEH during the period July 2006 - July 2009.
• She is a reviewer of international scientific journals in the area of synthesis, characterization and/or application of polymers: Acta Biomaterial. Materials Science and Enginnering C, Journal of Environmental Management, European Polymer Journal, Journal of Chemical Education and Journal of Applied Polymer Science.
• Active evaluator of CONACyT and PRODEP research projects.
• CONACyT evaluator of PNPC programs.
