Dr. Chavarría Hernández is a Biochemical Engineer from ENCB-IPN, Master in Food Science from FQ-UNAM, and PhD in Biotechnology from CINVESTAV-IPN. Since 2000, he has been a Research Professor at UAEH, where he has taught in the Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Master's Degree in Food Science and PhD in Agricultural Sciences programs. He belongs to the Consolidated Academic Body of Agrifood Biotechnology, is a member of the National System of Researchers (Level 1) and Professor with PRODEP Desirable Profile Recognition. He has directed bachelor, master and doctoral theses, and in collaboration with his colleagues of the Academic Body, he develops research in the field of Agri-Food Biotechnology.
