Veterinary Doctor by the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Doctor of Science in Immunology from the National Polytechnic Institute. Second place in the Constantino Ordoñez Award for the best undergraduate thesis for testing glutamine as an immunostimulant of immune cells in the intestine of early weaned piglets. Developed the project for the detection of antimicrobial peptides in young sheep upon entering the Educational Program of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics at the UAEH. Resource manager for the implementation of the Virology and Immunology Research laboratory as part of the infrastructure of the MVZ degree at UAEH. Author and co-author of publications on animal health topics with a multidisciplinary collaborative approach in "One Health". Recent publications deal with bacteriocins of importance in Veterinary Medicine, immunopathology of pathogenic microorganisms that affect humans: Influenza, Candida albicans and mycobacteria of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. Leader of the Research Group in Veterinary Microbiology, where academic events are organized, dissemination of science and knowledge generation through basic and applied research projects with the formation of human resources who express interest in animal health sciences. The research projects are mainly in collaboration with the FMVZ of the UAT and the ENCB of the IPN.
